Emergency Relief Loan

The CARES Act and Stimulus Checks

The CARES Act was signed into law on Friday, March 27, 2020. The passed legislation is aimed at providing relief for individuals that have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus outbreak. Stimulus payments will be directly deposited to the account the IRS has on file for a household based on the account to which the last Refund Check was deposited. If there is no account on file, the IRS will send a check to the home address. If you receive a check by mail, it can be safely deposited to your Bridge checking account using our remote check deposit feature within our mobile banking app. Your funds can be conveniently accessed with your debit card. Waiving Early Certificate Withdrawal Penalties

Effective until May 31, 2020,  Bridge will be waving all penalty fees associated with early certificate withdrawals. If you need to make a certificate withdrawal before the maturity date please call/text us 800.434.7300 or email us at memberinfo@bridgecu.org.
