When is ICU Day?
On October 16, 2025, Bridge Credit Union will join over 74,000 credit unions in 104 countries around the world to celebrate International Credit Union (ICU) Day®. The global credit union movement is now more than 411 million members strong.
What is ICU Day?
ICU Day, celebrated annually on the third Thursday of October since 1948, is the one day each year when the entire movement comes together to show members and communities what credit unions are and how they work. Because they’re not-for-profit and help people keep more of their money, credit unions tend to leave a positive impression. This year, celebrate 77 years of ICU Day under the theme of “Cooperation for a Prosperous World” – highlighting how credit unions worldwide, united by shared goals and ongoing connections, are part of a global cooperative movement where every interaction contributes to prosperity and well-being.

Add your name, contact number, and email on the back of the coloring page. Submit your entry to your local Bridge Credit Union, Yellow Springs Credit Union, or Struthers CU branch by the close of business on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025. Only one entry per person. A winner will be selected from each branch, and winners will be notified by Monday, Oct. 20, 2025. No purchase is necessary, and Credit Union membership is not required. If emailing an entry, please send to marketing@bridgecu.org no later than Oct. 16, 2025.
What is happening at my local branch for ICU Day on October 16th?
Bridge invites both members and nonmembers to visit your nearest branch to celebrate this day. You can also enjoy some free treats and learn about our online services. We will share member stories and event highlights on social media using #ICUDay.
